Made an appointment to get my Jaguar worked on but needed a loaner car, so instead of getting in immediately, there was a 3 week wait. Ok, so the day arrives, but I was running a little late so I called to tell them and they said they didn't have a loaner available anyway and that they would call me later if one shows up! No one called me to warn me that there wasn't a loaner available, so if I hadn't of called, I would have driven an hour and taken a day off work for nothing!
