I am very underwhelmed with the Jaguar Land Rover Ocala dealership. My wife and I moved up to Citrus County last year from Tampa, and opted to service her Range Rover at Jaguar Land Rover Ocala due to proximity. We have serviced it here 3 times since moving, each time the management and employees make me feel like I should be thankful for the privilege of being in their presence. Amazing Dealership! The service department and sales stall always goes out of their way to take care of its customers. Brian is our regular service adviser and words can’t describe how pleased we are every time our Evoque needs service. Kenny and Steve have been wonderful as well on the sales side of things.
