I bought my V from Fields Jaguar in Northfield, IL. It was the absolutely the worst experience I've ever had buying anything from any dealer; motorcycle, car, or boat. They absolutely refused to do anything about the burned out lights, squeaky seats, bubbled tinting, scratches, etc. I mean not a single dollar off, not even a service manual. Today is Tuesday. They have had my car (I pace) since last Thursday, for a software update. They said Thursday it wasn’t ready, fine. Friday they said the update was stuck and they’d have to call Jaguar on Monday. Monday was the same story. They’d have to call Jaguar. What did they do all Monday? Why didn’t they call? Then, the kicker....they told me yesterday they’d call me today (12/31) to let me know the status of my car. THEY ARE CLOSED TODAY!!
