After working with the service manager Robert I must say they take good care of their clients. There were some hiccups with the Jaguar warranty, but Robert did a good job of explaining everything and trying to offer solutions. Overall I would recommend this service department.

Just wanted to pass on my great experience with my salesman Todd Terreri. This is my second purchase with Todd, and this guy is the best salesman I have dealt with in my many years of buying cars. Todd does whatever it takes to make my experience positive. Above and beyond is normal for this guy. If you are looking for a Jaguar or Range Rover do yourself a favor and demand he's your salesman. You won't regret it.
I agreed to a price for an ordered 2019 F Type convertible. The salesman & I shook hands on the price & agreed I would come back to sign the paperwork. When I arrived he told me I had to accept more options than the way we built the car on his system a few days prior. Then, he said he couldn’t guarantee me a price even though he had done so on my original visit. This is prototypical bait and switch. I would never buy from this dealership.

I received excellent service from this dealership today. It was Friday afternoon when I walked into the service department of a dealership I have never been in before. Nothing was too much for them. I could see they were very busy in the service department. I had a main head light bulb out. On my Super V8 it was not a simple fix. They checked to see if they had a part for my 06 vehicle, they did. Next they arrange for a limo to take us to a mall for a few hours, they go to work on the repair. Went to the dealership yesterday and they did not have any F-Types on the showroom floor. It was 106 out so it would have been nice to see one inside. I spoke to a salesperson about the F-Type and he was not knowledgeable at all about the vehicle. I asked him about ventilated seats and he told me I couldn't get that because Jaguar considers the F-Type a true sports car. Well you can get it with ventilated seats with Climate Package 2. I just think the salesperson should know their products inside and out.
