I would like to give a huge compliment to John the Service Manager and Mike the Service Advisor. They really know great Customer Service. They went above and beyond to extend great customer care and helped my son to get Jaguar to pay most of a repair even though the car was out of warranty. Thank you again!

Service department- I went in for simple maintenance and they told me everything was wrong with my vehicle things that they didn’t find when I took it in top of the year. Radiator Brakes Rotors and entire tail light. Today I pulled my car apart to replace the bulbs they said didn’t need to be replaced, guess what my blinker and brake light now work. Thanks to Mike. My service advisor for being kind, professional, prompt, thorough, and efficient. The work done was completed as promised in the timeframe and delivered effortlessly back to me. Special thanks to the guys cleaning up the car. It looked great! And also a thanks to Louis the service supervisor who runs the best auto service shop in the land and is always kind and welcoming and extremely professional.
