Great dealership My husband bought a Land Rover here and was very pleased with the whole experience. From the test drive, which was so fun, to the whole paperwork process, it all went smoothly. We really enjoyed going through this dealership!
AWFUL PLACE Beware Land Rover Newport Beach advertises cars with low miles when you get there the car has 4000-7000 more miles on it. Victor in the internet dept. is a total A__ hole. Very condescending, patronizing and just rude. After going to this dealer I no longer even want to but a Land Rover.
Lalit Hermajani (always ask for him!!!) -- I went in to purchase a certified used Range Rover. Lalit was extremely helpful from the start, and always available and responding to me within the hour. The negotiation on price went on for about a week, and at the end, Lalit and his team met me at a very fair price while taking in my trade and matching what I had been offered by CarMax. Would have expected more than the cheesy used car salesman tactics from a Jag dealer. They persistently undercut the value of my trade, even fabricated KBB numbers, while simultaneously adding bogus fees and costs to their car. Told one thing by one salesperson only to be told by the next ‘higher up’ salesman that the first one didn’t know what she was talking about and the rules were changed.
