Mishal and Giv gave my husband our car back with the Rear windows and ac lines broken because my husband was rude to them, due to our car sitting at their dealership for 2 months. They admitted in text message they did this on purpose. FYI Suzuki is hiring. Maybe they will take pity on you. I thought Jaguar was such a prominent name but these 2 idiots just brought the Jaguar name down into the garbage. You guys are the worst at you job might as well quit since you guys cant do anything properly.
These guys kept my I oace fo4 over a month and messed it up even more then before and handed me a broken vehicle back These guy are not professional at all rather they Mashal threaten me and broke my window and ac lines in retaliation DO NOT SERVICE HERE

I had a great experience working with Fab at JLR metro west. He was honest and very easy to work with. I would highly working with Fab from sales team. He may also hook you up with a few goodies!!!!
No communication at all My i pace sits at this dealer for a month today awaiting parts from Jupiter or Mars No loaner vehicle either Just talks Not happy
