OK, this review is like 2 1/2 years maybe three years overdue. I don’t even remember my sales person anymore, but he was cool. He had a dog maybe he’s not working there anymore who knows? Anyway, I bought a 2015 BMW X5 that have been looking for that particular model for a while. It’s a 5.0 L engine. So I’ve had it for I think maybe three years now. Marin Jaguar in Corte Madera is the best in the business. They have the best service team I have ever experienced and my next vehicle will be purchased from them because of their outstanding service. Mel, service rep, shined once again for me this past week and I cant say thank you enough for her and the team for making me feel like i am family. This is my second Jaguar and I am grateful for this superb group of competent winners.
The Marin Jaguar dealership is first class service. I usually worry and feel anxiety when I bring my car in for service. I felt welcomed and confident when I left. The staff and my advisor were so pleasant and helpful that I had nothing to worry about. My car was cleaned, charged and warm at pick up. It was even waiting for me as I told them the time for pick up. I recommend this dealer and will for sure come back. I appreciate the loaner car. That car made me able to drop my car off and get home for school pick up.
Took my car in for a service and the techs at the service department did a fantastic job taking care of my car. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was already done by lunch. The car felt like brand new and fresh. It was my first time at this dealership and certainly won’t be my last. Every staff from when you first arrive to picking up your car was friendly, accommodating and very professional.
