The gentleman, Zameer Nabi ,was very patient and understanding. The guy was awesome and should be the face of the dealership, on account of his dedication to the customer. He understands the customer connection.
Very poor The lady who is making the appointments does not have any info on when the loaner cars will be available. As this info only resides with the advisor. I was also told that i will receive a call in a few days on the availability. If this is what it takes just to make an appointment then I am not sure how the rest of the Jaguar departments work. Here’s an updated version of your review that includes the time spent on calls without resolution: --- I purchased a car three weeks ago, to Texaa and we are unable to drive it because the dealer has not sent the signed title. I have made 12 calls over the past few weeks to address this issue, but it remains unresolved. The lack of professionalism and communication has been extremely frustrating. I want to share my positive experience that I recently had with Jaguar Livermore and specifically Jennifer in their service department. Last Friday my Jag developed a coolant leak that was bad enough it required a tow from my office roughly 40 miles to Jaguar Livermore. I contacted the service department at Jag in Livermore and eventually I was able to speak with Jennifer. Purchased a used 2017 Audi Q7 from the dealership last year. Just happened to be the managers sisters car. I was advised the car was in great condition and serviced regularly. No question about it. First mistake, trusted them! Just to be safe I bought the extended warranty, bumper to bumper, to eliminate any issues that may occur. Over $7,000 dollars.
