Mohamed is always punctual and gets me where I have to go on time. He’s a safe driver. Pays attention to the road. Very personable.
I have been getting this company through veyo for a long time. Every driver I have come in contact with has heavy body odor and I have to open a window to be comfortable. If I could avoid this company altogether I would but unfortunately I can’t decide what cab picks me up but I will continue to report this issue when I experience it until something changes.
This now the 2nd time I have them confirm the ride and then not show up. It’s beyond unprofessional. The last time they showed up 30 minutes late and sped through the whole ride doing 90-95mph and then slamming on the breaks. I was paired through a medcab service and honestly this company shouldn’t have business at all. I had knee surgery and the constant slamming on the breaks caused me to slam my knee into the middle console and seat in front of me. Absolutely atrocious, would give negative stars if I could.
I take rides every week Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and they had me booked to confirm Tuesday and Thursday no-show. No call then they canceled my ride behind my back and then put in that they took me will never ride with them again. Don’t know how to make a phone call got canceled for no reason
i've had the chronic misfortune of being given jaguar rides through a medcab service a few times now. they are always late or don't bother showing up, and today i caught them in the act when i called the medcab service to confirm the ride and they said that their systems said i had cancelled despite having just gotten up. they always have the most unprofessional drivers, who drive recklessly and argue about everything. also their logo is made in what looks like mspaint which tells me they're too cheap to hire someone for tha... read more
