If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've had 4 rides with this service since I get them through MTM Member and cannot choose which service I get. Every driver speeds through, we almost got T-boned today, and my son looks like a straight up bobble head with how his seat is thrown around in the cars. They do not drive safely, they rush everyone because they overbook themselves, and what's worse is they don't even let you buckle yourself in before driving off. Absolutely worst transport service.. Was assigned to drive to hospital driver never showed up. When called the office was rude and nasty. They should not be allowed to be used with medical transport rides. Absolute shame
Was just leaving the cardiologist in Manchester driver drops off his fare in a narrow driveway, sees we are waiting to leave and cars are behind him entering. Takes his sweet time pulls in turns around in an empty spot, as we are driving out he floors it cuts us off onto the curb to not hit him. Will be contacting the state he shouldn’t even have a license driving like that. Company called complaint filed. If you value your safety DO NOT USE!!!!
Mohamed is always punctual and gets me where I have to go on time. He’s a safe driver. Pays attention to the road. Very personable.
I have been getting this company through veyo for a long time. Every driver I have come in contact with has heavy body odor and I have to open a window to be comfortable. If I could avoid this company altogether I would but unfortunately I can’t decide what cab picks me up but I will continue to report this issue when I experience it until something changes.
