Upon purchasing a certified pre-owned Land Rover to say my transaction has been beyond unprofessional would be an understatement. On 1/30/2024 i went to the dealership s/w the salesperson "*************************" (who was not even the original salesperson I spoke with on the phone) regarding purchasing this vehicle, first of he was very unformed of the questions i was asking and flat and out said " Land Rovers sell themselves." to which my response was, nothing sells itself. Their word is no good! Be careful dealing with this car place! Would not buy a new/used car there nor recommend to anyone!

This is the worse dealership ever. I Took my car in for a oil change and coolant leak. Was given the run a round for weeks. Finally when I pick up the vehicle which is Jaguar it was no oil in the car and the engine blown. Jsf to get the car tow back the next day. They did take accability being the engine was blown, after being told that the vehicle was ready for pick up I was out of a car for 5months. September 8th I just got my car back. The worst dealership ever they sold us 2017 land rover discovery called in October to have car seen makes noise in the back when u turn and slow down like a thump they mad appt in December because they soooo booked left my car with them several times for weeks at a time to be told its normal they csnt find anything wrong but other discovery dont make that noise. Ok, so I shopped online for a vehicle and found a car that I liked at this dealership "Land Rover of Tampa" I went through the entire process, financing, trade in, and received an order number AND my monthly payment! I waited, noone called me so I gave it a few days. Then I called and a (manager) informs me that THAT car was sold? NOW, they did a hard credit check on me and my wife that has in turn lowered our scores. What kind of people do that?? If you don't know what your doing, you should not be in business.

I don't typically post negative reviews, but this is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. My wife's Jaguar was mysteriously overheating. Had it towed to this dealership and, after a hefty "diagnostic fee", several changes in quoted price and several days, was told I had a coolant leak stemming from some pipes under the intake. Work was approved and completed for a large fee. Problem cropped up again within 48 hours so I went to a different mechanic who said Jaguar had damaged the system from overfilling. N... read more
