Drew was exceptional during the whole service process when I brought my Jaguar F-Type SVR in for an oil change and some recalls and warranty work. Car is ready for the road again!

I was truly impressed with the service shop here at first. Unfortunately that has changed. I bought a Land Rover online in December and brought it in for a used car inspection. At that time the car was asking for coolant. The inspection found a couple of normal issues (brakes, tire wear, etc.) but nothing immediate or broken. The purpose of the inspection was to identify any problems so I could either return the car during the 7-day grace period or negotiate a lower price if any work needed to be done.
