The dealership and the people there are great. The manufacturers, however First of all both brands Jag and Land Rover are completely unreliable and when I need it repaired, I request a loaner vehicle only to find out there is no loaners available. How paradoxical, contradicting for such an unreliable brand? You would think Jaguar and Land Rover would offer more loner Vehicles. Why aren’t loaner cars available? Service appointments booking out weeks in advance. A salesperson that calls me to tell me ‘…the car you want is on our lot now…’. Yes, I answer, I bought one from you two months ago! All around horrible dealership. I’ll sell my LR and get a Porsche.
