This is going to be a 2-part review with an ongoing service situation. Today I'm being helped by Cheryl (With a C) in the Service department. I'm dealing with a crazy situation with my dad in law. The battery in his Range Rover died and needs a full replacement. We sent AAA over with a new battery, but he lost the key fob remote. Now we have to have the vehicle towed up to Greenville to get this all straightened out. I'm in Pennsylvania and he's in South Carolina, so you can imagine the insanity dealing with the distance.
