I recently bought a used car from this dealership, and the sales process was pretty smooth even though I live out of state. The car was delivered in great condition, exactly as advertised. They didn’t sent it with a temporary plate, which I understand was an innocent mistake. Getting them to send me one so I could actually drive my vehicle, however, took altogether too long. I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. My car buying experience was great. Dante is fantastic! The finance person that I dealt with was not great. At any rate, I’m taking the time out of my day to make sure Hugo van Rensburg is acknowledged. I personally, have never experienced such a genuine sales executive. While we didn't make a purchase, I wanted to take a moment and share our great experience with salesman Donte. We are about 4 hours away, and the dealership had a very unique vehicle that we were interested in. Donte spent a tremendous amount of time providing images, videos, live face time reviews. He did research, he really went all the way. We would've loved to have met him face to face, a great communicator, genuine and hardworking. I have purchased many vehicles in car dealerships from Florida to Ohio, and never had such a good experience like I had at this car dealership. Great energy all the way from the test drive to the receptionist offering beverages and Porsche Ambassador Nathan. Super friendly and professional staff. The process was very smooth and easy, It was definitely a stress-less purchased for me. Thanks again and I will recommend this place.
