I’ve called the service department 4 times in the past two months to get my vehicle looked at and serviced and the first time a young man answered the phone couldn’t answer simple questions at all nore could he provide me with a booking as he said he was new and no one else was around. Second time they took my name number and information said that someone would call me back never did.
