Jaguar Hinsdale always provides hear customer service.
Extremely disappointed with the service from Bill at Jaguar. From the start, he acted like any assistance he gave us was some sort of favor, rather than his actual job. When an additional issue was found during service, he tried to charge us extra—even though it was clearly covered under warranty. He also told us it would take another 1.5 hours, which we accepted.
