Had a small problem with the heating unit, kept going on and off in very short intervals. Tom and Luke came out after doing an inspection the previous visit, and fixed the problem. Its running very smoothly now and I have good heat. Tom did a backup call to see if it was ok and I said its running great.
Tony missed scheduled our appointment and did not notify us. we were told Tuesday from 8 AM to 10 AM but no one showed up. We call the office and she left the appointment for Friday. She didn't apologize or offer a same day appointment until after I posted a one star review for her mistake. After being offered a same day appointment, she begged us to take it down or else her boss is going to fire her.
