Had a small problem with the heating unit, kept going on and off in very short intervals. Tom and Luke came out after doing an inspection the previous visit, and fixed the problem. Its running very smoothly now and I have good heat. Tom did a backup call to see if it was ok and I said its running great.
Tony missed scheduled our appointment and did not notify us. we were told Tuesday from 8 AM to 10 AM but no one showed up. We call the office and she left the appointment for Friday. She didn't apologize or offer a same day appointment until after I posted a one star review for her mistake. After being offered a same day appointment, she begged us to take it down or else her boss is going to fire her. Jeremy came out right away for my 730PM call, he worked for three hours to get my house cool so my husband, myself and young kids could get a decent night sleep. Jeremy knew his stuff and explained everything to us! Highly recommend!
We found Jaguar after wanting a second opinion after another company came out to figure out why our AC wouldn't work and treated me so rudely. There was no way I was going to give that company my business after the way he talked to me. And a $1000 job no less! Jaguar came out for FREE to evaluate the problem. They were professional, courteous and found the real issue quick (not what first company said it was, they wanted to drain our whole unit) and fixed it on the spot. The technician, Mustafa just left my home. I had a problem with heat not coming on. He came out the very next day after my call. He gave me a small window of arrival. Called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very polite and helpful, clean cut, nice truck and best of all he fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. I was surprised that the charge was so low. Super servcie and an over all great experience!
I am thrilled with Jaguar heating and air and their service... their Tech (Mustaf) install a brand new ac unit at my house and I could not be happier. Not only was their quote the best , but they were the most impressive. They made sure that our system would be up and working and they exceeded all expectations! I have definitely found the best Heating & Air company in the area and HIGHLY RECOMMEND
