Bought a 2023 defender 130 this was the best buying experience no fuss no games just great customer service Steven suydam was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and made me comfortable thru the whole buying experience keeping me updated on progress thru build process if you need or want a land rover ask for him and Jeff in finance was also great I always felt like I was dealing with honest people thru out and that's rare in the car buying industry, thank you jlr freeport for your help loving the defender
They are great when you need emergency service call for example engine light on or oil change but they are worse when you ask or need help with additional issues. I am having issues with by connectivity for over a year now. I took car to them like 4 times and everytime I mentioned the issue. I leave messages for call back but no response. I called jaguar usa for customer service and told them my issue and they said that the service center are the ones who should fix the issue and order new SIM card as old one is not register... read more
Sam Haidary was outstanding. High quality, patient, extremely knowledgeable about Land Rovers and outstanding customer service. He delivers the expected service one should expect when purchasing a vehicle at this price unlike the over the phone representatives and extremely rude and uptight folks at the Great Neck Land Rover dealership. He will go above and beyond to help you out even in a pinch and keeps it real and transparent when it comes to Land Rover and pricing.
