Never set foot in this dealership nor purchased anything. I live in lower Wisconsinand wanted to double check a technical topic. I have been a Jaguar customer here for 4-5 years. They had some turnover a year or two ago in the service department which really hurt communication IMO. I had several occasions with a lack of call backs and updates re: repairs, especially in the summer of 2023. However, Gabriele M, one of their employees (I think specifically sales, but he has been extremely helpful with literally everything) has more than made up for any inadequacies in other departments. My partner Janet and I visited various Bergstom franchises in the search for her new car, Porshe, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Jaguar/Landrover. It turns out we saved the best till last.
