Another Bergstrom Service Center, another huge disappointment. The amount of run around and gas lighting I experienced here pushed me to seek service for my warrantied Jaguar at another service center 90 minutes away. My car was randomly shifting into neutral while I was driving (several times over a few week period) and while trying to get in as soon as possible due to the obvious safety concern I was told that this was likely my fault for sometimes turning off the auto start stop and that I am "resetting" the computer in t... read more
Highly recommend Jaguar of Appleton. Friendly staff and a great environment. Will be returning for more service appointments and a newer Jag in the future.
