I loved the atmosphere. The dealership was clean, quiet and pleasant. I was able to get some business work done while I waited for my oil change. I didn't think I would have such a great time waiting for an oil change, but I did. Go figure!!
I applaud the entire service group. The service received and the customer care was outstanding!!!!
I tried one other local Jaguar dealership a while back, but the service at the Novi dealership is exceptional, and it's why I choose to return. Scheduling appointments online is easy, and Johnny initiated communication with me throughout the day about the the work done on my vehicle. My SUV was ready a little earlier than promised. It's not easy to find businesses that consistently deliver on customer service, but the employees in the service department here always get it right.
