Service department is terrible and does not perform the Jaguar required maintenance. I purchased in 2020 and took my vehicle here as required by the maintenance manual. During my last visit they claimed they inspected the cabin air filter, but they didn't. I changed it myself and found the filter dirty and filled with leaves. How did they not see this? So now I question what else was done improperly?
For your folks at corporate. What an incredibly moronic marketing campaign. I am embarrassed to be driving a car with the Jaguar logo. Will likely result in me moving to a different brand when we replace the car.
Second purchase at Park Place Jaguar and there’s a reason. The customer service is top notch. Raphael Gutierrez III was my sales manager this time and he was professional, courteous and even had a sense of humor 😂. Raphael helped me pinpoint the vehicle I wanted and he went above and beyond figuring some issues out and even updating my in control app after 7pm the evening I purchased my vehicle. Delon in the service department is great, I wouldn’t work with anyone else 10/10
Great staff in parts, granted they are expensive, but willing to take back anything that hasn't been opened. Very knowledgeable on what exactly you need, compared to other jag dealers in the dfw area. Dealer looked great, and nice waiting area with fountain soda, tea, and coffee.
