Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was very professional and courteous. They took the time needed to make sure my vehicle was fixed to the best of its ability! The service department is top notch quality!
Not good. Came for one thing, didn't fixed it correctly. Now, I have a major problem now. I had an appointment for one day service, but my Jaguar didn't return to me for over a month. Phone calls not return in a timely manner. My Jaguar was drivable at first, until it return back from the Jaguar service. it actually stopped on me while driving home from the dealership. Buying my car at Jaguar of Dayton was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had from start to finish! Matt, the salesman who sold me the car, was fantastic! Collin, the technology expert was so helpful and thorough when he went over all the options! Thank you both! And thanks to Josh, the finance manager who made the closing fast and easy! We all know that’s typically not the fun part of buying a new car! I absolutely love my new car and recommend Jaguar of Dayton!!
