Fast, courteous service.
I was told (without even asking) that there would be a loaner car. When I got there, there wasn’t a car so my husband had to leave work to come get me. Then since I didn’t have a loaner I missed a class I was supposed to go to and my husband had to take off work the following day to take me back. I don’t care if I get a loaner just don’t tell me there will be one if there’s not. I would have planned differently.
