Horrible communication. Brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance. Planned to wait for completion but was told I should go because it would be 4 hours. I was provided a shuttle to take me home. 7 hours I heard nothing from anyone regarding my vehicle. I call because it's now near closing. Was told no one was available to speak with me about my vehicle and they would call me back. The next morning still with no communication and no car I reach out only to be told once again no one was available and they'd call me back. I ... read more
