Poor efforts every time I need to go in for service. There has been a time where I went in for an appointment and although 3-4 staff members were sitting there, no one greeted me or asked what I needed for 10+ minutes. This time around, my car has been at their service center for 39 days and I only get vague updates every time I call. Disappointing that there’s only one JLR dealership in this town as it makes me not want another JLR vehicle simply because of this service dept.
Called for service several times and phone didn't even ring.
