Service department is terrible. I’ve brought my car there twice, once for an oil change and I needed a rental for a week and the second time (now, fixing my sunroof ) and we are at the end of week 3 of them having my vehicle still giving me a timeline of hopefully by the end of the week while I’m driving an enterprise mini van. Ridiculous. Not to mention they are going to charge me $500 when I pick it up for rotating my tires.
