Chandler Jaguar is super legit! Service department is always helpful. I’ve taking my car here twice and both times they’ve knock the service out quick. James is an awesome service manager. He’s made sure I understood the position of my car and what needed to be done. And also worked out a great price for me. Highly recommended this shop!

We had a weird electrical issue that was causing the car to not start intermittently. Issue was diagnosed and fixed and although expensive, I felt the dealership really worked with us to help that out.
This service department is friendly and welcoming when I arrive. I had an appointment. I went inside, and met with my friendly service manager, who went over every detail of what I needed, and what would be serviced, and the price. When I picked up my car, my service manager, explained in detail what was serviced and the cost. I gladly signed the service agreement. Jill was fantastic! She is definitely the standard that service should be measured by. Communication was excellent and the overall experience was great. The rest of the staff was also lovely and very friendly. I would not hesitate to work with this service department.
