I had an amazing experience at my most recent visit at Jaguar Chandler. Jill, my service rep was incredibly communicative and helpful. Upon inspection, they found a warranty issue that needed addressed. The didn’t hesitate to correct it. They had to order the parts and provided a courtesy vehicle for several days. Every employee, from the greeter to service to concierge, treated me very respectfully. I highly recommend.

From the first interaction of the gentleman who drives the cars into the garage, To the last person who took me to my fully serviced car, I was satisfied. I especially liked the video That was sent to me via text message of the review of the service done To my purple beauty. There is no question when oil needs changed or my brakes need serviced or any other minor mishap. I will be heading straight to Jaguar/Land Rover of Chandler. Thank you for the ease in which you your services. It makes my life easier as well.
Very impressed, answered all questions that were asked of them, very professional. Gave my wife and I meal tickets to go eat in there restaurant while we waited for our SUV. Highly recommend them.
