Had our F-Pace towed in on Mothers Day. Our service advisor Tonya kept us in the loop as to the repairs that were needed. She treated me with upmost respect and professionalism. The needed repairs were completed and the price was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone!!! Thanks again Tonya. You're a rockstar!!!!!!!
Lyle Pearson has a wonderful service team. Tonya is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to get my F-Pace seen for a warranty repair in one day and was able to have the repair completed and back to me the next day, that is customer service!
Our experience at Jaguar was absolutely amazing. We had our windshield replaced through a 3rd party and they fixed their missed mistakes without charging. I won’t be going anywhere else to get things done because they know how to take care of their customers. Also, Tonya Stroup is absolutely amazing and does everything for her customers to help them and get them back on the road as quick as possible. Thank you Lyle Pearson for all you do for your customers.
First of all, I doubt that anyone that could change things there would read this or actually change things. First, scheduling an appointment if you need a loaner vehicle at Jaguar/Land Rover is a nightmare. You can plan on at least a 2 month wait. Once you get to the dealership, everyone there (with one exception, Tonya Stroup) greets you with an icy stare and silence.
