Had our F-Pace towed in on Mothers Day. Our service advisor Tonya kept us in the loop as to the repairs that were needed. She treated me with upmost respect and professionalism. Lyle Pearson has a wonderful service team. Tonya is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to get my F-Pace seen for a warranty repair in one day and was able to have the repair completed and back to me the next day, that is customer service!
Our experience at Jaguar was absolutely amazing. We had our windshield replaced through a 3rd party and they fixed their missed mistakes without charging. I won’t be going anywhere else to get things done because they know how to take care of their customers. Also, Tonya Stroup is absolutely amazing and does everything for her customers to help them and get them back on the road as quick as possible.
