After bringing my car there 3 times in a row and being towed back 3 times in a row they cant fix your Jaguar. When they gave up on my 12K mile F-type R they gave it back to me filthy and a dead battery. I took it Tysons Jaguar and they repaired it right away. Bethesda Jaguar GM Jim White, service manager Jorge Sands offered to refund all my expenses after the fiasco above and the car sitting there for over a month but after 2 months and 5 emails of chasing them still no refund.
