They were very prompt in providing service and in returning the vehicle back. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and extremely courteous and polite!
The service at this dealership is horrible. They do not offer loan vehicles and expect you to foot the bill for a rental car. Even after being left without a vehicle for 2 weeks they charged me over $70 for Def fluid instead of trying to be accommodating due to inconveniencing me, the client for a long period of time. I also had to text multiple times for updates and could not get an update unless I asked. For a luxury dealership you are definitely not treated as such. First time here. Everyone was nice and very helpful. Had my wife's F Pace serviced, plus it was having a coolant problem. Found the tiny leak and scheduled a repair date. Would definitely recommend them.
