Cavender Land Rover and Jaguar of San Antonio, and in particular Service Lane Manager David Alcantar and Service Advisor John Qualls provided me with an exceptional service experience. First, David went above and beyond to accommodate my rental request. Then, John was extremely knowledgeable about the underlying issue with my F-Pace as well as the routine maintenance. He provided me with a detailed status report every day and there was no pressure to pay for optional repairs. Highly recommend. ❤️
