The service department has kept my 2017 XJL running well into its 74,000 miles so far. The service manager is always ready to assist me with problems I encounter from time to time -- such as when the battery started to fail one Monday morning. I am very pleased with the way in which this dealership has provided me with service! I am sad to see the XJL is no longer manufacturer -- perhaps by the time I need to replace mine, Jaguar will restart manufacturing the XJ series.
This place has been a nightmare since we purchased our car (on carvana). We have repairs done here when needed but it’s a headache every. Single. Time…. If you actually get someone on the phone (good luck) they are typically kind and somewhat helpful. But if your car needs servicing, which is a trademark of Jaguar to constantly need service, I wish you the best of luck. One especially terrible experience — my husbands car was towed into this shop. I needed to get my key for my E-Pace flashed. I did not buy my car there but that was not an issue. They were very nice and friendly, much like the other visits I have had in the past
