The service department has kept my 2017 XJL running well into its 74,000 miles so far. The service manager is always ready to assist me with problems I encounter from time to time -- such as when the battery started to fail one Monday morning. I am very pleased with the way in which this dealership has provided me with service! I am sad to see the XJL is no longer manufactured -- perhaps by the time I need to replace mine, Jaguar will restart manufacturing the XJL cars again.
They have respect for their consumers. The staff are top notch and kept me informed whenever they performed and maintenance to my electric jaguar. I am overly impressed with level of transparency. I will be purchasing my next vehicle at Jaguar and I suggest you do as well. Thank you for putting the consumer first. Well done!!!
