great experience with Brian and the service department! I was driving from San Diego to Palm Springs just before the holiday weekend and my AC stopped working on the way. With 2 dogs in the car, this was a real problem! The service team was amazing, they were ready when I arrived with water for me and the dogs (and dog treats), they checked it out on the spot and were able to replace the filter and get me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I purchased my dream car here on 11-02-04. I had been looking at other dealerships as well. But this car was in prestine condition so I chose it. Now the sales rep Pedro was amazing. Did not pressure me, did not try to add any hidden fees & was even able to help me with discounts to get me within my budget. The sales manager Steven was awesome as well. Sales manager here named jeff and the salesman Albert I Asked to give the out the door price for the price asked and the sales manager jeff insisted that I came from a different planet lol very rude did not come in peace and broke the deal over the rude behavior Please consider having employees with better customer care could have made a deal if it was for the rude attitude
