I am completely disappointed in the professionalism of the finance department of this dealership. I am TRYING to purchase a Defender remotely, I wired my down payment, 11/5/25 at 6am. I contacted USAA to be sure I’d completed everything needed for financing. On 11/5/25 Steven Morales, finance department, emailed USAA for the remaining funds which they need to receive prior to the vehicle being shipped to me.
