I’ve been servicing my Jaguar at the Riverside Jaguar Land Rover since 2018, but my last two visits have been awful. The lack of communication and conflicting information between different service managers have been extremely frustrating. I will never bring my Jaguar back to this location. Save yourself the headache—avoid Riverside and take your Jaguar or Land Rover to another dealership. Consider this your warning.
I just took delivery of a new Jaguar F-Type convertible from this dealership. A truly outstanding buying experience. Professional, seasoned sales representatives. Mine was Heath, but chatted with others, and they were equally knowlegable. I will return next year to purchase a new Land Rover from this dealership. HIghly recommend.

great experience with Brian and the service department! I was driving from San Diego to Palm Springs just before the holiday weekend and my AC stopped working on the way. With 2 dogs in the car, this was a real problem! The service team was amazing, they were ready when I arrived with water for me and the dogs (and dog treats), they checked it out on the spot and were able to replace the filter and get me back on the road in less than 20 minutes.
