My engine died for the second time due to a faulty turbo charger. Jaguar failed to claim responsibility, which left me with a worthless car. I sold it to Sewell for pennies. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my check for the car. They also lost my garage door opener. At this point it’s as if they stole my car and I think I may have to file a police report against them. Just a really bad situation. I would really avoid Jaguar/land rover at all costs

Extremely disappointing experience working with, apparently, one of the best dealership brands in Texas. After further research, I was grossly over-charged for a basic repair, was essentially held hostage and forced to get my service done with them, and the dealership made no amends to reasonably work with me considering the nuance of my situation.
