I consistently have issues here from buying my vehicle to service. Before this I was with Mercedes and they treat yoi like royalty and will offer you a stipend to get merch, will give you a loaner if you request one, service always quick and would offer rides home if it was a lengthy service. NOT at Jaguar including 5 hour service repairs which is ridiculous. I was told on the phone it would only take 2.5-3 hours. 4 hours later I'm still sitting here in the lobby waiting. Reece’s (sp?) customer service was awesome! He got me in quickly, washed the car and even rang me up so I didn't have to wait when the cashier had stepped away for a moment. Great service!! Thank you!
