Robert Moreland is such a great service provider and an excellent representative of your dealership. I had my FPace towed there because I couldn’t find the lock to my wheel after a flat tire. Robert jumped up from his desk, took me in the back, grabbed a bunch of locks and he and David put on my spare, ordered me a new tire in under 10 min. Felt like I was a NASCAR driver!
My prior experiences here have not been great. This time, I received timely updates, everything I was concerned about was addressed and he arranged for me to pick up and drop off around my work schedule. Niko, my current service advisor made my repair much less of a headache. Thank you! Give that man a promotion!
