Replaced a rear tire with a similar one, so a matching one was purchased so that they would be the same. Had to tow it in and they used Lyft to get me home and back. Nikola was easy to communicate with and very cordial. I consider the customer service greatly improved in Frisco from when I used to bring my F-type there between 2015-2020.
