Not a good experience. GM and parts manager did not follow through with promised replacement of missing part on car.
I bought a brand new F-type at Jaguar Cerritos and had a great experience. It came with a ceramic coating and paint protection insurance. My paint got some mild damage from an unknown substance, I called into Jaguar Cerritos to ask how I claim and they said I was covered and they would file the claim. After months of asking and calling in to see them I now believe there is no insurance policy and it’s a scam. I finally gave up asking after about six months.
