It has been over 20 years I have been a Customer at the Annapolis location; because of the great services that are provided. Over the past 2 years, JR has been my new service person and he is the best; he is very pleasant and professional. Always ensuring that the work is done correctly. He is a great asset to your Team. Good customer service, video is taken of your vehicle before they touch it. Video was done while performing the checks of the vehicle. I was told I would see it but I didn’t get to see it. They provided me with paperwork showing the different decides I needed.
I usually work with JR who is great to deal with. Attentive to all my needs and makes the whole process very simple and easy on me as the customer.
Excellent professional and courteous service. Did what was required, provided video of my inspection. Work was well done and on time. No hidden costs or costly additions. Also above and beyond on transport support and cleaning my vehicle. Thanks JLR. JR and Phil were instrumental in making this happen for me.
