Absolutely amazing customer service. My Jaguar F-Pace SVR was towed to the Jaguar Land Rover Alexandria Dealership overnight on 12/23/2025. After spending the night in Alexandria Va at a local hotel, at 7am I took a Lyft to the Dealership, arriving there at approximately 7:10am to my surprise, my assigned Service Advisor Mr. Tom Rose was already at my vehicle checking my F-Pace SVR in for service to help ensure if there was any chance of getting the repair done in time especially considering it was Christmas Eve. Buyer beware, we drove 6 hours to this dealership to purchase a car that was advertised as having been fully inspected, 1 owner, and accident free. The car had body and paint work on the drivers side, body and structural damage to the passenger side, and all 4 tires were nearly bald, had severe sidewall damage, and DOT date codes that were 10 years old. I brought my Jaguar here for a 10-year service and specifically requested an AC diagnosis and recharge, paying over $750 on top of a $1400 oil change/coolant flush/cabin air filter service. They had the car for two days and specifically said that they left the AC manifold gauge on the car overnight to ensure that the AC charge was not leaking quickly.
