I've been training with Jag for over 5 years. His encyclopedic knowledge of techniques and methods absolutely blew me away the very first time we hit legs. I had been lifting since high school and reading mags like muscle and fitness and even with 20 years of those experiences he not only consistently impresses with his knowledge but with the application. Amazing gym with an overload of equipment. All the owner wants to see is everyone succeeding in their fitness goals. Literally 6 ways to hit every muscle from every angle. Alot of professionals attend here. The atmosphere is amazing!
