Absolutely terrible business! They use cheap materials that are already discontinued but charge their customers a premium price. They built homes on a gas pipe line that Atmos had already told them was at capacity in DeerValley thus leading to many homes being unable to stay heated during the winter. In Brookfield they buried all the Kenergy boxes and left the residents in violation and a new hole in their yards a year later. Stop buying from them! I have worked with many Jagoe representatives and in many many Jagoe homes. Also talked with many of the homeowners. My personal experience with their staff and seeing their homes is great personalities and a consistent well built product. And the experience I hear about from the homeowners is one that is a low stress, which building can be very stressful, and straight forward process. To me, that’s a great way to go when building!

Built with Jagoe in 2017, have had many issues with the quality of products. Pieces of Siding had to be fixed within first 6 months, paint used is poor quality, air conditioning had to have places replaced already, dishwasher already broken, carpet is coming up at the seam already. If you have a choice, find a different builder.
