Wish I was still living in Smyrna, the staff and Dr. Parveen are awesome and nice. Even when I requested information 7 months out in another state, they were so friendly and provided excellent customer service.
I recently got a new vision plan with my company insurance. When i called to see if they had any appointments for that afternoon, they were happily able to accomodate my busy schedule with a 6:45pm appointment. I was in and out, with a new pair of glasses ordered, within a half an hour. Very Professional and clean with a very knowledgeable staff.
The staff and Dr. Parveen are awesome. They are friendly professional and very quick. The office is clean and they are very efficient. The eye glasses are reasonably priced too.
When I lived in Atlanta, Dr. Jaglan was my eye doc. Shes wonderful! Very thorough, helpful, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend her.
I called late on a Friday afternoon, and they squeezed me in before the weekend. Everything went very quickly and they were really friendly.
