We called and had some questions about a spare tire rack that we were looking for that they happened to carry and was priced $150 less than other companies we looked at. The gentleman we spoke to answered all of our questions, took our ordered late Tuesday afternoon and said since we were located in Southern California, as is the manufacturer, that he would request to have them ship directly to us…which they did. 1st time at this shop, we were picking up some accessories. Eric was so great and knowledgeable! Fast forward almost a year later we were in the market to buy paddles. This shop was the first one we thought of. Even though it was not close to our home, it didn’t matter. Eric exceeded our expectations!
