I don't know how many stars I should rate it. I've been a long-term patient of Dr. Hasan, and don't want to switch to anyone else, but calling this office is beyond frustrating. Can anyone at the front desk actually pick up and say "call back" or "pls wait"?

It's genuinely disheartening to share this, but I've consistently found it difficult to get through when I call. I sincerely hope this can be looked into and resolved at the earliest opportunity — I raise this with the greatest respect and appreciation for your time. When there's misaligned expectation, there's opportunity to improve. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr Al Shabanis for easily over 15 years and he is great; very sympathetic and caring which is nice to have as a family doctor. This review is more for the office part of things; when I try to call to make an appt; nobody answers the phone so how am I supposed to make an appt? They used to have voicemail as well as giving their office hours on the message but no longer do so how am I supposed to get ahold of anyone to make an appt? This complaint about the poorly organized and unprofessional work of the front desk staff. One receptionist (an elderly woman, unfortunately we don’t know her name) is always rude and unpleasant, unlike her other colleagues. It's impossible to get an appointment with a doctor at the scheduled time. The waiting time is an hour or more even if you came in early for an appointment or exactly on time. I received a phone call regarding my son and was asked to call back. For two days, I have repeatedly tried to return the call, but no one answers the phone. There is no voicemail and no alternative way to reach the clinic. This is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves a child. Asking a parent to call back and then being unreachable raises serious concerns about patient safety and clinic operations.
