Neither Dr Ramachandran nor any assistant or nurse ever called me about the results of a CT scan. When I called more than a week after they received the results, the triage nurse read to me the doctor’s notes (one never gets to speak to the doctor without making an office visit) and it became apparent that Dr. Ramachadran completely missed the finding of a nodule on my lung.
