We had an exceptional experience (5+++) with Jag roofing and Johnny. Following hail damage to our asphalt single roof Johnny came out and inspected the roof working with our insurance company to file our claim. We decided to replace our roof with metal rather than asphalt singles. Johnny and the crew arrived when they said they would and did an incredible job. Professional work and workers. I called had an estimate for a roof repair. They came out gave a quote. My wife set up the appointment for the roof to be repaired on a Monday. Monday came and went. No calls no contact at all. Friday comes, I call the office and I'm assured someone will be out same day. No one shows. Call back next week and I'm told I will get a call back from the scheduler...nothing. I would not recommend using this company of you need something done in a timely matter

JAG came to inspect the day after request, gave quote the next day and scheduled the work in good amount of time. Very polite and professional. The quote was very fair, and he did extra at no cost. He used above standard materials and did great work including clean up. I had a low spot in my roof which he eliminated versus trying a way to manage it. Would recommend JAG to anyone.
