Needed roof repair, called twice, person i contacted said they would have someone call back. No one ever returned my call! bad business, very unprofessional!!!
Horrible communication. Had to text the estimator a few times to respond back, ended up having to call office to approve quote after waiting a week to get it. They went and did the work without calling or scheduling with me, emailed office & estimator asking how to pay for quote and still have not answered me?!?! Maybe thats why they have 3.8 stars???
