I asked Jag Roofing to fix roofing underlayment and a leak that was going into our living room ceiling. Only fixed one item, not the leak. Had to hire another company to fix the leak. They showed me a picture of the leak and was obvious this was causing the issue. Two months and no more leaks. Would not hire them again. Gave him an extra star for at least discussing with me, even though he did not fix as guaranteed.
