Everyone is very helpful, Kevin is very knowledgeable and caring about his patients, definitely recommend this location.
I have had the best experience here on multiple occasions. Post total knee replacement, post total hip replacement, and for arthritis & bone spurs in shoulder. The PTists are knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. The facility is clean and airy, with a good selection of equipment. They take good care of you. Highly recommend.
I have been going to JAG Belleville since March 11, 2024. Barbara has been great. She is very professional and knowledgeable and has responded to all my questions and concerns. I would say that she is a sweetheart. I also feel that it is a very good environment, from the reception to the other therapists and staff, they are all very nice. The space is very clean and neat. I highly recommend JAG-Belleville.
My mom just left this facility and this will be her last time visiting. Barbara tried to illegally treat a workers compensation body part she was not prescribed to touch. When told she could not touch the area she began to judge my mother for not being able to take pain medication and asking about her medical history IN FRONT A OF ANOTHER PATIENT. This just step one for awareness for others considering coming to this facility DONT.
