Please read the reviews about overcharging, they are real. I wish I had seen them before. They make you pay a copay and then send invoices for services you didn’t properly receive. The staff are kind, so this is not about them, but overall the organization feels very misleading. I would be cautious.

Jag employees always attend to your needs, starting from check in. My therapist Z and the rest of the team are great! They care about your wellbeing!

I've had way too many issues with JAG to give them anything higher than 1 star. My issues do not appear to be an isolated incident, since many other reviewers had a similar experience. I think their shady business practices are intentional. I was told from the beginning that to meet my deductible, I would need to attend 9 sessions with an estimated cost of $139 each session (this is in writing). If you are a sedentary senior, be careful about this place. I got 3 lb ankle weights on my first visit which hurt my back. I also had no stretching exercises of any kind. I've been to PT for years and everywhere else starts you out with no weights or 1 lb weights and build up from there. Even AI confirms this when you Google it..They are all very friendly and pleasant there but it's a mill and certainly not worth $90.00 a week.
