All around great experience.
I was a couple weeks post operative and was referred to make an appointment. I called like any other appointment set up I’ve done in the past. Gave name, insurance,reason for visit etc etc. On the day of my appointment the receptionist told me “ YOU had scheduled with the wrong dept” Not knowing the difference between OT AND PT because it was my first time, she continued to blame me for making a PT APPOINTMENT instead of OT. I've done PT at JAG multiple times over the years. The therapists and aides are absolutely awesome. So knowledgeable, caring, and super friendly. You can tell they enjoy working there. They will gently push you more and more until your injury is better, and will of course ensure you have the tools (home exercises and such) to heal after you've finished PT with them. Paige was my main therapist this time around and she's just great!! I felt like we really got along. I highly recommend this JAG location. ❤️
JAG is the best! All therapists and staff are very professional, helpful, and friendly. Last year, I worked with a therapist for 3 months for two different issues. He was great but moved to another branch since then. This time, I've been working with Jason for a month, and he is equally good. I'm very happy with the progress.
I've had lots of PT over the years but this was far the best physical therapy experience I've had! I recently started PT for ALC tear and I love their measured and advanced approach. I was treating at another PT chain for a similar knee injury and JAG's tech and approach is far more impressive so far. In just a few short weeks I’m able to walk fully!
