The assessment of my injured scapula was more accurate than the one I’d received from an Orthopedist. More importantly, the program that JAG developed for my recovery has been incredibly successful. The combination of exercises and movements have worked to strengthen my weakened muscles. And, I’ve noticed that I have more upper body mobility than I did even before my injury. I liked the physical therapists, but their billing experience is horrendous. Basically they charged me an upfront amount stating that it would even out when they charge to my insurance. What ended up happening is they charged me an extra 130 and refused to reimburse me. I showed them all the charges they billed my insurance, and how the initial charge was the only outlier and should have been reimbursed. They kept pointing to other charges, which I showed I paid.
