I hate physical therapy typically, But Mark makes it very worth your time and he’s amazing. He knows the body inside out and really targets your problem area. Hes no BS And if you aren’t feeling something and let him know, he will make you feel it In the right place. I was a Dancer fitness instructor and yoga teacher so I’m really sensitive about bodywork people and I can’t wait to go back to him when busy season is over for my husband.
Everyone at JAG Downtown JC is awesome! Jason can do magic with his fingers 😇, Carlito and all the staff are very friendly and makes you feel at home all the time. The sessions were always fun and the workout was truly great. Loved my visits there, and wish everyone coming for PT all the best. 5 stars!!
2nd time with JagOne for a different issue and just as good as last time. Mark and team were able to put me back together in no time. Thanks again for everything, highly recommended
The team at JAG in Jersey City is excellent! Not only did they provide superb physical therapy, but they also took the time to help me understand the purpose of each exercise and how the physical body rehabilitates. Even more rewarding, are the relationships that I developed with the team. I strongly recommend that you seek your physical therapy care at this location. The service and team are outstanding!
