Our recent experience here was deeply disappointing. My daughter and I were met with dismissive and condescending behavior from staff this afternoon, which was both unprofessional and very disrespectful. The tone and attitude we encountered were unacceptable in any customer service setting and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived.
