Not communicative or respectful of neighbors during the building process. They have come on to our land multiple times without permission, cut the internet cable (by "accident) even though a neighbor explicitly asked if they knew where they were digging. They don't seem to care about neighborly relations during the building process. There are much better builders out there.
I did not have JAG build my home but I did buy it from an investor who built it and I am the first owner to live in it. Obviously it’s a beautiful well constructed home and that is why we bought it. But obviously once you move in there are a few punchlist items that come up. I will say this Noi who takes in the complaints has been prompt in getting me the relief that I needed. i’ve had two issues so far. We had such an incredible experience with Jag Green Builders that we are already building our second home with them. Finding a builder this reliable is rare, and Jag is truly one of the best in the business. The quality of the home is superior, with finishes that are nothing short of amazing. We picked JAG to build our mountain home in Swannanoa NC, Started construction in 2024 and finished in 2025. It’s been now close to a year since we moved in and we absolutely love the home and the work. During the selection process we picked JAG because of the transparency in their overall process, their focus on green building science and how we clicked with their team. JAG did an amazing job on our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience all the way around. From the first walking of the lot with Jody and Rob to the build process with Kevin, Paul, and Jeb all the way to the warranty work with Dave and Scott, and of course Noi in the office - everyone involved was extremely helpful, open, friendly, flexible, and honest.
