We are the second owners of a JAG built home (it's actually featured on their website as Digges home) and the design while absolutely gorgeous has been a land mine or poor quality. Despite the home being just over a year old when we bought it we've wound up with over 50k in repair work on the home caused by poor workmanship. We selected JAG to build a custom home for us in Asheville after a bad experience with the first builder we worked with. Unlike the first builder, JAG was very transparent regarding their build process and addressed all my questions and concerns. Everyone we talked to/met with was very professional and helpful. Moved into our new JAG Green home in early 2018 and still love it! After 6+ years, it's impressive to me that my builder remains so responsive. I have texted Rob 4 or 5 times with a question or a request for advice over the past few years (as recently as last month). He always replies or calls me back by end of day, sometimes within minutes. When you tell someone you’re building a house, they might raise an eyebrow and say be prepared for stress, but our project with Jag -- from our first meetings with Rob to the final walk through was smooth and fun. Their process is well organized but also flexible. Jaga was a great project manager and the company -- custom crews, administration and owners -- was responsive. The only glitches were supply disruptions from the pandemic. Overall, it was a really positive experience and we love our house!
