Moved into our new JAG Green home in early 2018 and still love it! After 6+ years, it's impressive to me that my builder remains so responsive. I have texted Rob 4 or 5 times with a question or a request for advice over the past few years (as recently as last month). He always replies or calls me back by end of day, sometimes within minutes. Depending on the situation, either he meets me at the house, or he answers my question and settles my concern, or he gets me in touch with the right professional. When you tell someone you’re building a house, they might raise an eyebrow and say be prepared for stress, but our project with Jag -- from our first meetings with Rob to the final walk through was smooth and fun. Their process is well organized but also flexible. Jaga was a great project manager and the company -- custom crews, administration and owners -- was responsive. The only glitches were supply disruptions from the pandemic. Overall, it was a really positive experience and we love our house!
