Fernando is a complete scammer and ripped me off for over 2000$ because I had no idea about cars at the time i needed a mechanic and found him. He also stole several things from my vehicle, and took over 2 weeks before he did any "repairs" which consisted of changing some headlights and installing a new, unnecessary, over-priced carburetor on my 1976 Dodge B300.
